LICENSING USAGE
Files are for personal use only and may not be commercially reproduced, resold or distributed. Images cannot be used for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any Party Photo Invitation images into competition without the express written permission of Party Photo Invitations. Party Photo Invitations retains the copyright to the artwork, as per the Australian Copyright Act.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our projects, there are no refunds.
CANCELLING ORDERS
If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled you will be charged a minimal PAYPAL processing Fee. PayPal charges this fee to my account regardless if the order is fulfilled or cancelled, it is in their policies. The fee varies and depends on the cost of your order as per PayPal policies.
Cancelled orders would occur for the following reasons:
* you want customisation but have not paid for or messaged me about
* your photos are not workable because of the quality (hence my very explicit photo guides)
* you have failed to respond to any of my emails or messages regarding your order
SWAPPING PHOTOS
Please ensure you send the photo/s you want me to base it on. PLEASE READ MY PHOTO GUIDE WHICH IS IN THE SLIDESHOW OF EVERY LISTING. Extra charges incur for CHANGING photos once I have created your invitation/card and cropped in your real or caricature faces.
If you have chosen a pencil, watercolour or oil portrait from a photo you cannot swap the photo AFTER the work has been completed or it is regarded as a completely new purchase.
CUSTOM EXTRAS
All the listings vary slightly as to what they include as standard. Please carefully READ what is included in the listing BEFORE you purchase. If you require a CUSTOM EXTRA, please email me with your requirements and I will provide you with a quote.
