TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will hear from us immediately after an order is placed with a confirmation email. Please check your JUNK and SPAM mail folders. Digital orders usually take under a week (2 to 5 business days).
If you wish to make changes to the proof, each change may take another 6-24 hrs to process (dependent on your location). Totally custom jobs can take longer depending on the complexity of the design requested.
Christmas is our busiest time, it is wise to order EARLY...that is before November. From September to December orders can take from 3 to 7 business days to complete. Please remember that print orders will take considerably longer and add up to 10 business days for the delivery of a PRINT order.
Never hesitate to email us if you are concerned about an order, you will get a response in 24 hours. If you do not hear from us it means your server is blocking our email address. Check your Junk and Spam mail and add our email address to your safe mailing list.
All Designs can be customised to create a piece that will reflect your style without any additional cost to you. All of the invitation designs are interchangeable and can be adapted to suit your needs.

SWAPPING PHOTOS
Please ensure you send the photo/s you want me to base it on. PLEASE READ MY PHOTO GUIDE WHICH IS IN THE SLIDESHOW OF EVERY LISTING. Extra charges incur for CHANGING photos once I have created your invitation/card and cropped in your real or caricature faces. If you have chosen a pencil, watercolour or oil portrait from a photo you cannot swap the photo AFTER the work has been completed or it is regarded as a completely new purchase.

- PREMIUM MATTE – This thick, shine-free paper creates a look that’s both vibrant and soft. Great for double-sided printing. 300 g/m² (+ $20)
- LINEN – Luxurious, subtle texture with an elegant feel. 280 g/m² (+ $22)
